My practice allows you to schedule Telemedicine and In-Person Home Visits with direct access to me and priority consultations.

My pulmonary concierge services include, but are not limited to:

  • Initial in-person consultation and telemedicine pulmonary consultations at your convenience to provide treatment recommendations and management of medical conditions

  • 24/7 telephone and text message access for urgent consultations, with a timely response within 2 hours

  • Appointment booking with a 24-hour turnaround for managing noncritical, non-emergent pulmonary symptoms

  • You will be shipped a remote, on-demand monitoring equipment package to your home

  • Prescription of medications 

  • Ordering diagnostic procedures

  • Ordering laboratory and imaging tests deemed necessary or advisable for treatment

  • Order of cultures and other medically accepted tests

  • Any additional procedure orders, actions, or referrals that, in the judgment of the physician or their designees, are considered medically necessary or advisable for effective health management
